ブルースクリーン（英：blue screen）とは、Windowsに深刻なエラーが発生した際に表示される青い画面である。BSoD（blue screen of death）などとも呼ばれる。
概要

restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:
Check to make sure any new topics or request is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your topics or request manufacturer
for any nicopedia updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed topics
or request. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your topics, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
select Safe Mode.

NT系のWindows（2000及びXP以降）では、この画面が現れた場合にはコンピュータに深刻な問題が発生している可能性が高い。デバイスドライバのバグやハードウェアの故障などを疑うべきである。
一方、9x系のWindows（95、98、Me）はOSの欠陥によりかなりの頻度でブルースクリーンが表示された。
システムがビジー状態です

ダイアログの表示待ちでシステムがビジー状態になっています。
ダイアログが表示されるまで待つか、コンピュータを再起動してください。
* Ctrl+Alt+Del キーをもう一度押すと、コンピュータを再起動します。

この場合、アプリケーションで保存していないデータはすべて失われます。
どれかｷｰを押すと，続行します．
また、視覚障害を持つ人向けに色を変えることも出来る。
