「to Asteroid B-612」とは、2012年8月8日に投稿された、sasakure.UK（ささくれP）作詞作曲のオリジナル曲である。

概要

前作「否世界ハーモナイゼ」以来、約4ヶ月振りとなる24作目のオリジナル曲。5thアルバム『MetroJackz』に収録。

ボーカルには今作で歌詞の英訳も担当しているlasahを迎えている。生のボーカルを使用した曲は「深海のリトルクライ」以来、約5ヶ月振り。

これまで「銀河鉄道の夜」や「山月記」などの小説を楽曲として再構築してきたが、今作ではサン・テグジュペリの「星の王子さま」の世界観を再構築している。「Asteroid B-612」は王子さまの故郷の星。

MVはsasakure.UK本人が制作している。
